CAN YOU TATTOO SOMEONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18?
No, even with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Current photo identification will be required.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM PRICE FOR A TATTOO?
Our shop minimum is $150.00. The price of your tattoo will be determined by size, style, location and detail.
ARE APPOINTMENTS NECESSARY?
We work by appointment but gladly accept walk-ins. Please feel free to come by the shop during opening hours, message our instagram page or give the shop a call.
HOW DO I MAKE MY APPOINTMENT?
To make an appointment please ring the shop, message our instagram page or click the contact page on our website and fill out our form with as much information as possible and we will contact you about making a time for your appointment.
CAN I BRING MY FRIENDS?
We value all of our customers privacy and do not want overcrowding in the studio. Therefor we ask customers being tattooed to bring no more than one friend or family member to accompany them.
WHERE CAN I PARK?
There is street parking around the shop however it is metered and generally the maximum is 2 hours. There are a few underground/ semi secure parking houses in the few blocks surrounding the shop.
CAN I GET MY DEPOSIT BACK IF I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY MIND?
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cannot make your appointment or need to reschedule we require a minimum notice period of 48 hours before the time of your appointment. We are happy to roll the deposit over to another day if you need to reschedule your appointment, and let us know more than 48 hours in advance. Cancellations are not accepted over email, facebook or instagram; by phone or in person only. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will lose your deposit. We require a minimum of 48 hours ( 2 business days) notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment/s. Multiple cancellations/no shows may require you to make full payment of your booked service in order to secure an appointment. Please note, we cannot accept cancellations/messages outside of our operating hours.
